Shipping policy

At AK BLOOM, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Standard delivery within Australia (via Australia Post) usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Express Post, if selected at checkout, usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Free standard shipping is available for orders over $80 AUD.
• For orders under $80 AUD, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or for remote and regional areas.
